Nuan Thai Santi s.r.o. is seeking experienced Thai Massage Therapists to join our growing wellness team in Přerov, Czech Republic. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality massage treatments and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional Thai massage treatments.
- Assess clients' needs and provide appropriate massage services.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and comfort.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records.
- Follow company policies, workplace health and safety regulations.
- Perform only professional massage services in accordance with company standards.
Working Hours
- Full-time employment
- 40 hours per week
- 5 working days per week (may include weekends)
- Salon operating hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Shift schedule provided by the employer
Requirements
- Currently residing in the Czech Republic or another European country.
- Experience as a Massage Therapist.
- Thai massage experience is preferred.
- Massage certificate or diploma is an advantage.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and well-groomed.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Salary
Gross Monthly Salary
- CZK 29,970 during the first 3 months (probationary period)
- CZK 34,060 after successful completion of probation
Approximate Net Salary
- Around CZK 22,000 during probation
- Around CZK 25,000 after probation
