Full Stack Developer Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with team members in agile/scrum workflows to define and deliver new features.
• Translate user needs and technical requirements into clean, scalable solutions.
• Debug and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation and write clean, maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions with a product-first mindset.

Work Hours & Compensation:

• Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Weekly Commitment: 20–30 hours
• Rate: $50–$80/hour (commensurate with experience)
• Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with React, Node.js, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Java, Python, or PHP
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with blockchain or crypto technologies

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Proven ability to ship production-ready applications
