Power Marketing Specialist / Supervisor

• 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

1. 具备匈牙利电力市场营销相关经验，包括：熟悉接入流程及监管要求、掌握结算、清算及报告体系、具备数据分析及策略优化能力。

Experience in electricity market marketing in Hungary, including: familiarity with grid connection procedures and regulatory requirements; understanding of settlement, clearing, and reporting systems; and the ability to conduct data analysis and optimize marketing strategies.

2. 具备电力市场交易相关经验，包括：熟悉电力市场（HUPX）交易及清算机制、具备辅助服务（如aFRR）产品开发经验、熟悉电网侧调度及系统服务逻辑。

Experience in electricity market trading, including: familiarity with trading and clearing mechanisms of the Hungarian power exchange (HUPX); experience in developing ancillary service products (such as aFRR); and familiarity with grid-side dispatching and system service logic.

3. 具备客户及市场拓展能力，包括但不限于：具备管理发电客户及合作伙伴经验、具备产品设计与商业化能力、能够快速拓展业务规模并提升市场份额。

Customer and market development capabilities, including but not limited to: experience in managing power generation clients and partners; capability in product design and commercialization; and the ability to rapidly expand business scale and increase market share.

4. 具备一定行业资源与关系，包括但不限于：能与匈牙利输电系统运营商（MAVIR）、电力交易所（HUPX）等保持良好沟通、具备与解能源监管机构（MEKH）保持沟通澄清能力。

Established industry resources and relationships, including but not limited to: maintaining effective communication with the Hungarian Transmission System Operator (MAVIR) and the power exchange (HUPX); and the ability to communicate and clarify regulatory matters with the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (MEKH).

5. 具备新能源项目开发能力，包括但不限于：熟悉储能（BESS）、风电等项目审批流程；对电网接入、环境及建设要求具备系统理解。

Capabilities in renewable energy project development, including but not limited to: familiarity with approval procedures for projects such as battery energy storage systems (BESS) and wind power; and a systematic understanding of grid connection, environmental, and construction requirements.

6. 根据工作需要，参与并支持公司其他相关事务。

Participate in and support other related company tasks as needed.

• 任职要求 / Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，经济学类、金融学类、工商管理类、管理科学与工程类、能源动力类等相关专业优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above. Preference will be given to candidates with majors in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, or related fields.

2. 具有3年以上电力市场营销相关工作经历，具有电力市场交易等项目实务操作经验。

At least 3 years of work experience in power market marketing, with practical operational experience in projects such as electricity market trading.

3. 如应聘者系市场化机构在职人员，应累计工作满8年。

If the applicant is currently employed by a market-oriented financial institution, they should have a total of at least 8 years of work experience.

4. 具备熟练的英语听说读写能力，能够在日常工作中进行有效沟通与文件撰写；具备中文或匈牙利语能力者优先。

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare documents in daily work. Chinese or Hungarian language skills are preferred.

5. 有外资企业或跨国公司工作经验者优先。

Experience in finance roles within foreign-funded enterprises or multinational corporations is preferred.

3. 具有良好的语言文字表达能力、沟通协作能力、组织能力和解决问题的能力，并熟练掌握计算机及办公软件；
   Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in computer and office applications.

4. 具有良好的心理素质和健康的身体状况，能够胜任岗位工作。
   Good psychological quality and physical condition suitable for the position.

1. 公司可为符合条件的外籍员工提供工作签证支持；
   The company provides work visa support for eligible foreign employees.

2. 薪酬待遇面议，具体根据工作经验与岗位职责确定；
   Compensation to be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
